Privacy

We’re a bar, not a data company. This page explains what little information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Visit statistics. We count visits using Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you. We see things like how many people looked at the menu and roughly which country they were in, never who they are.

Function enquiries. If you ask about a function, we get the details you give us: usually your name, email, phone number, the date and how many people. We use them to reply and plan your night, and for nothing else. The enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by Formspree, which keeps a copy of each enquiry for us.

Emails and calls. If you email or ring us, we keep what you send for as long as we need it to help you.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your details, we don’t send marketing you haven’t asked for, and there are no advertising or tracking pixels on this site.

Other services

Some links take you to other services with their own privacy policies:

The website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security for a short time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll sort it out.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first. If we can’t fix it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
