Hi, I'm Michael Bernhagen owner/operator of The Barrel Collective. I am a Gin lover and wanted to create a space where I could showcase some of the best Launceston and Tasmania has to offer. I believe in our state, our producers and our product; the experience of Tasmania can't be found anywhere else in the world. It's my mission to bring you a taste of that experience - a drink that brings you back to our stunning shorelines and rugged mountain peaks.
